*Essential Job Functions:*
Designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting complex computer
programs for browser-based applications written in HTML, ASP, ASP.net,
and C#. Analyzing complex business problems and producing systems
designs and technical design documents to address business needs.
Applies specific and detailed knowledge of internet applications and
world wide web technologies to the design and development of complex
systems and business tasks. Specifically, able to employ advanced
concepts of Microsoft architectures to the design and deployment of
multi-tiered business systems.

*Education/Experience Requirements:*
Bachelors in computer science or equivalent with nine (9) years of
related experience. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of
systems analysis and programming in an internet environment.
Experience in developing enterprise systems using relational DBMS, web
application servers, in Microsoft technology. Database programming
skill in Oracle PL/SQL. Experience with web technologies including
XML Communications programming expertise including TCP/IP. Good
technical communication skills. Ability to handle several tasks
concurrently, well organized and thorough. Ability to maintain focus
in "crisis" situations; ability to work in fast paced development
environment.

Duration : 1 year
Location : Baltimore, MD
Pay Rate : $60/hr c2c
