Hi,
I am looking to incorporate the scrambled text functionality (a graphic

he sees to prevent anonymous hits/spamming etc. - security feature
available in most credit card /banking websites). Any pointers to where
I can start?
You're after a CAPTCHA.
Telling the difference between cats and cars is *so* much better than the bad text ones though. Decent OCR will break them frequently (and a spammer can compensate for the fact that 90% of the spam is stopped, by sending 10x the spam), and I can't read a significant number of them.
