Can you elaborate a little more, I got lost :(

The .NET runtime must be installed on the computers. Many computers
don't have it yet, or may not have the correct version.

computer?

I don't think so, but maybe it's possible I have seen posts talking about
that.
Personally I think it is a bad idea.
