c# mail question

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

i have a problem with sending mail.
it works ok only when sender and recipient are in same domain.

if they are not it returns exception:
Mailbox name not allowed. The server response was: sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
