I was looking for an add-in that would measure cyclometirc complexity.

I recommend you look at the metrics calculation support in DXCore and possibly the visualization support in CodeRush and Refactor!, which are all IDE productivity products available from Developer Express. CodeRush and Refactor! are commercial products, but DXCore is a free extensibility layer for Visual Studio that has special support for metrics calculation plugins.

I think the best way for you to get a grip of how this solution can work for you would be to watch the training video on custom metrics that is availables from the following web page:

The video I'm referring to is right at the bottom of that page and it's called "Custom Metric".
