Win2003 has the set of the server components and new functionality which are not included in XP
Besides this Win2k3 has new version of some components.
For example IIS6.0 (5.1 in XP), COM+ 1.5 (1.0 in XP), MQMQ (XP is limited for the sever support) and etc
