Im wondering is it possible to develop a windows application(c#) and
embed it into a browser. So if a user goes to this page, the
application woudl be downloaded.
Depending on what you're wanting to do, click once may be a good fit also.
It will download the .NET app on the fly from a web page link, but it will
not be embedded in the page its self:
