Thanks for the replies. I guess I don't understand the difference
between a windows service and a scheudled task. Windows service is
meant to run continually at some intervals. Scheduled Task can be set
up to run at a specific time every day. But can a windows service be
set to run once every 24 hours? Please help. I am told to create a
windows service and make it run at 4 in the morning everyday.
