Crystal Report, custom SQL

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I am using Crystal Reports and need to modify the SQL it calls each time
it returns data (I need to add a where clause on the end of the
statement)

Does anyone know how to do this?
