MenuStrip funny in Application Desktop Toolbar when docked?

I just finished converting my project to .net 2.0 and when I dock my form to the sides of the window and click on a main menu item the menu drop down appears outside of the form, as if it doesn't know that it's part of the appbar that is docked.

Does anyone know how to fix this or what would cause it?
