Announcement: Request feature suggestions for BalloonWindow library.

Hi, after two years of paying no attention to my BalloonWindow library
component, I am finally back on it working to re-factor and enhance the
library.

Some of you are aware of my library and are already using it, others may not
know it exists. If you want to see what I am talking about, refer to my

I would like as much feedback and feature suggestions as possible so that
this is truly a component that can be widely adopted.
