Creating Mail Account

Hi Guys,

How are you doing ?
I have developed one pop3 client which retrieves all the Emails of a
particular user id and password provided the user id and password is
already configured on mail server.

Now i want to configure the user name and password from the client
application itself.How can i do this ? I will be provide with
administrator user name and password to configure a new user name and
pass word on my Email server from the client application. Here my
Email Server is Imail server. Can any one help me in this context ?
