Hi Serge,
We have experienced the same problem with Visual Studio.Net 2002. When you
create XML schema using VS.NET, VS.NET uses the wrong formatting (If I
remember correctly VS uses UTF8 instead of UTF7 or something like this - it
has been quite some time since I had the problem :) ), But definitely the
error is with the formatting.
