Security exception permission denied

Hi,

I run an application that shows me this exception:

SECURITY EXCEPTION

The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. To grant this application the required permission please cpmtact your system administrator or change the application´s trust level in the configuration file...

Could anybody help me with this... ?
What is the configuration file??
