Swf file in flash player

Hi!
A few quiestions related to opening an already existing swf file in
the flash player program.
1. How is this done? Do I have to call some ActiveX or COM objects to
do the trick?
2. How can I make sure a second swf is opened in the same window? How
can I make sure it's opened in another window?
3. How will I make sure the flash player window opens topmost? What if
it's already open and hidden underneath another window?
