You need to find a usergroup with the name "windows" in it.
This is a group for DotNet developers (programmers).
Good luck.

I am having an issue with the windows XP home ed. on my pc at home. It was
scanned with Spybot on Monday night as well as by Norton (done first).
The
next day the startup routine was different in that the "Welcome" screen
was
displayed with my name in a box to click on to log in. When you click on
the
log in box it begins to boot up and the generic background appears for
less
than a second and then the blue screen with "Welcome" re-appears and the
box
with my nane in it indicates that it is logging out and I have to shut
down
to start the process over again. I have been unable to boot up windows in
safe mode, or with a disk. The "last known good configuration" mode did
not
work either. I AM STUCK.
Any one have experience with this type of a problem. I know the system
has
been set to download the regular Windows updates and I have Norton (grit
teeth here!) set and as stated above that night Norton ran an update and
scan. I did the follow-up with Spybot as a back-up to Norton. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. THANKS
