No. I don't
In File menu I have only:
New
Open
Add
Close
Close Solution
Save ...
Save... As
Advanced Save Options
Save All
Export Template
Page Setup
Print
Exit

Any clue ?

Did you configure Windows to hide the Recent files list? If so, that
makes most apps not show their own Recent list.
