Hi Walter,
Thanks for the reply, but I ran the tool and the following happened:

It seems that tool is only for the beta version of Microsoft Visual Studio
2008, not the MSDN version.
I guess it is okay for now, I will not use blend 1.0 until blend 2.0 comes out
unless there is a solution for the compatibility between VS2008 and BLEND1.0
