You should post to a General MS NG based on the O/S you are using.
This NG
is a .Net programmer's NG.

Please explain futher I'm at a loss to understand your reply, I'm
only a beginner at this question and answer process and want to to
the right thing?.

NG=newsgroup; you appear to be accessing this through the web interface (as
a "forum") which seems to direct a lot of new users to the wrong forums.

If searching on www.google.com for "failed to load nvcpl.dll" does not
present a solution, try asking in
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windowsxp.general - assuming
you're using Windows XP.

(I'd suggest re-installing the nVidia drivers, assuming you haven't replaced
an nVidia card with an ATI one, but I won't be replying in this NG as it's
off-topic.)
