Although you can't force a certain path as pointed out earlier, you can have a default path by setting the InitialDirectory property of the OpenFileDialog. Go to http://www.geekpedia.com/tutorial67_Using-OpenFileDialog-to-open-files.html for more info on OpenFileDialog.
