Re: User CAL's

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Is it me or has there been a REAL LARGE amount of 'wrong group' posts
recently?

Try posting your question to a group with "windows server" in the title,
or call Dell. This is a .Net Programming newsgroup.

I have just installed a new Dell PowerEdge 2950 with Windows 2003 Server
R2
x64 Ed., I purchased 50 user CAL's and entered them into Licensing.

When I try to access my server across the network it tells me I have
reached
the maximum allowed connections.

I have checked Licensing, it is all set to Per User or Per Device mode,
it
states I am using 2 Per Server and allocated 1 Per User or Per Device.

It makes no sense at all.
