Re: DVD Playback BSOD

Well, you have placed it in microsoft.public.dotnet.general. My guess is
that you're getting here through the Microsoft Discussion Groups interface
on the web, and you're picking the first group that says "General
Discussions". Go down to the bottom of that dropdown list where all the
Windows stuff is, then go up a bit until you see "Windows Vista General
Discussion" and post your problem there.

If that is *not* how you are getting here, please tell me how you ended up
here so I can respoing better to others. People should just use google
groups, because Microsoft's interface sucks. (Not to put too fine a point
on it.)

I actually found this this thread through searching in the windows vista
community. I'm not sure where else to place this thread.

Try posting your problem to a group with "windows" or "vista" in the
name.
This is a .Net Programming newsgroup.

I really need help here.

Every time I place a DVD in my drive, autorun takes the DVD and tries
to
play it in Windows Media Player. Once Media player opens, a blue
screen
of
death is generated.

I am running Vista Home Premium with two LG GSA-H10N DVD burners.

Motherboard: ASUS M2N32 SLI Deluxe
