Problems installing local help....

I have VS 2005 Pro and have used online help for a couple of months. I just
got MSDN Library for January 2006 and installed it, but it doesn't seem to
integrate with Visual Studio.

I get the following error......

"You have chosen to use local Help only for Search and F1 results, and the
topic could not be found in local Help."

Anybody seen this? I have installed twice with the same results.
