System hook when Disk is Inserted?

I need to develop a system hook that will trigger whenever a disk is inserted
into the system (needs to cover all possible disks.) There's got to be a
windows message that I can watch for, but I can't seem to track it down. Any
one have any ideas on the message or other ways of trapping a disk insertion
event?

Many thanks in advance!
