One Question to a specific GUI Controll

I browsed the web and found a GUI Controll on a ScreenShot. As the software
which uses this controll is written as an Add-In for MS Outlook I think this
Controll has to be with the Visual Studio.

And the controll I would like to use in my application is the list of topics
(with the answers "tabbed" in.)

Can someone tell me which controll this is or did they build their own one?
