We are deploying an ActiveX Control that references several Microsoft DLL's.
During the Packaging process you can choose to include the DLL's in your CAB
file or reference them to the Microsoft web site. I understand that
referencing them to the Microsoft web site will decrease download time for
many of our users, however our concern is what is the SLA (Service Level
Agreement) for the Internet Explorer Components Gallery site? Does anyone
know where I can find this information?
