In SQL Server 2000, Which authentication mode is more effecient and more secured? Is it Mixed mode or Windows mode.

How to implement Windows authentication mode at clients place.

If our application uses SQL authentication, and if the client uses Windows authentication, a run-time error will be generated. How to solve this error?
