How do I uninstall if the original MSI is gone?

I created a Deployment Project and, unfortunatelly built several more
versions of the project after installing the first version. When I try to
install the current version, a message comes saying to use Add/Remove
Programs to uninstall the older version first. However, the original MSI has
been replaced by the newer version and no longer available and add/remove
programs does not offer a Remove option.

How do I remove the original?
