Project last update date fix?

In .NET on Start Page there is column named Modified which says when project
was last modified by reading date stamp from file PrjName.sln.
I can't get it update any more except by modifying date myself manually. It
just stopped after I copied from backup previous version (I copied
everything, whole dir with everything), so it shouldn't be a problem.
How to enable it?
