My .net ide wouldn't start. After the splash screen, there is this popup says window installer on the title, and "prepare to install..." on the body. Then it immediately die. The adevenv.exe is in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe".
I even reinstall vs.net 2002 professional. Did not fix it.
    It used to run fine.
I thought it has something to do with msiExec.exe, and tried to kill the service/process, but failed.
    Any suggestion?
    Thanks!
