Remoting Service Crash on Win2k but not on WinXP???

I wrote an Service with remoting on it. I sinatll this on a WinXP and
that work fine. But if i install this on an Win2k Maschine i got this
error @the Eventlog:

EventType clr20r3, P1 segoni_service.exe, P2 1.0.0.0, P3 458ca4d9, P4
mscorlib, P5 2.0.0.0, P6 4333ab80, P7 441a, P8 17, P9
xa4dod5ht1oc5ljzu2d2hnds3lidcje4, P10 NIL.

"segoni_service.exe" is the name of my Service.
Please Help ME!!!!!!
