Ugh... I'd try asking the people over at
microsoft.public.dotnet.langauges.vc or microsoft.public.vc.ide_general or
the other vc.* NGs...
Otherwise I'd suggest the obvious: Check each and every option on your C++
project, and turn off anything that mentions "managed".
