another way is two PC's or one PC with a virtual PC. If you don't have two
PC for testing and your PC have sufficient storage and RAM, you should be
able to run VIRTUALPC with XP for client.

Don't know about licensing but if you are Microsoft partner, you should have
the software from the action pack.


If you don't have action pack, and you can take out a trial version for
Virtual PC to see that works for you before committing
