Server Application Unavailable

Hi ,

I have an close to Clean installed 2003 Server Web with sp1 and
i have a critical problem regarding dotnet on that server.

I have tested many things.. but still .net will not work ..

I have tested new app pools and reinstalled upgraded to 2.0 beta
even removed everything again and installed 1.1. again.. still dotnet
will not work ..

I have googled about everything there is to google and all i find is
solutions that will not work for me with in those tons of people having
this problem and the only thing left for me is to reinstall iis.. but i have
300 sites
on this server and thats just not my happyest though to think about, as what
if this
happens to other servers i have.. .. so i call for help.. and realy hope
someone can
bring a ligt i can fallow here.

I default have all servers setup with scripts and they are all Exact alike
but this server
somehow has .net not working.

Default iis is setup with sysocmgr and permissions on c; are only system and
administrators
if thins somehow might be permission issue.

I have also have monitored a single site and on this server witch is exact
alike the last server
i can see this via filemon when lunching a .net test page..:

I dont understand why there are so many files not found on a default setup
...
... it just tels me something is verry wrong here.. ..
