Enumerate Services and their Log On Account

I am trying to produce an app (VB.Net) that can enumerate all services running on a specified machine and check if any have a logon account set to a specific account. I have used the ServiceProcess/ServiceController components but they seem to list everything but the actual logon account of the services.
Does any one have any suggestions for either doing it via ServiceController or via WMI.
Thanks
FP
