Please post Mscorcfg.msc v1.2 for .NET Framework v1.0.3705

I too am in the same boat here. MS' KB article 891109 states to obtain this
file from MS Product Support Services
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B891109
How? By email? Why is there simply not a link around to an FTP server or
the like to download this simple thing. Arrgh...one small step for a
developer, one large step for MS.
Can someone please post a reply to this group with either this file
attached, or a link to where to download it?
