I stand corrected on the refactoring, but I had it with some third party
tools at the job I had before working for the state. Overall, I still had
problems with Java IDEs in other areas.

Visual Studio gets much better in 2.0. I would like to see them put a real
slick WYSIWYG editor and even better XML support, but it is a great leap
from Visual Studio .NET 2003, which is already a great IDE overall.
