MDAC 2.7 SP1 FAILURE

Hello,

I am trying to install MDAC 2.7 SP1 (required for .Net 2003) and I keep on
getting the following error:
"INF Install Failure. Reason - Access is denied", although I am logged on as
administrator.
Win Version: 2000 sp3

Any idea?
