Error Loading Resx File.

Hi,
Am working on a winforms application with .net 2.0, c# 2.0.

In one of the controls I get the following error

Invalid Resx file. The path is not of a legal form.

when the file is loaded. its a very inconsistent error, which occurs some
times and does not occur on other times.
closing the project and openning it again, makes the error to dissappear.

I am unable to find the cause of the error. please help
' everyday, I waste 1 hour in closiing and re-opening the IDE.
