Same menu shortcut in different mdi child forms does not work

Hallo,

I develop a mdi application. The mdi child forms have menu items merged to
the main form menu. Two mdi child forms have a menu item named "Edit" with
the same shortcut "F3". The shortcut for the first mdi child work. The
shortcut for the second mdi child does not work! Why?

Can anybody help me?
