All my tooltips seem to be lost upon Hiding the form or setting the
WindowsState to Minimized then Normal as well as not having any events
execute for my buttons MouseHover/MouseLeave events after hiding the form.

I tried calling the InitializeControl function but it does not help at all,
all events for the MouseOver/MouseLeave seem to not execute.

I am lost as how to make this work...any suggestions?

TIA,
Ahmed
