I have read your code, it looks normal to me, I'd like to try your code to
reproduce this problem on my system, so that I can do some debuggingto get
more information. However the code needs some other libraries to compile
through. Is it possible to seperate a runnable test project from your whole
project to let me take a closer look at it?

I also noticed that you are adding some debug output to trace this problem,
it's a good idea, you may add some more debug output (e.g. just after the
ShowDialog method call, in the beginning/ending of the AddNewImageRow,
RemoveHandlers CreateThumNails etc). Does the debug log give you some clue?
 Please post the debug log in your reply, If you meet any problem when
analyzing the log.

In the mean time, I'll continue reading your code to see if I can find some
possible problem. If you have any updates on this issue, please feel free
to post it in this thread.
