Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance
I have a web service that must connect to another firms web app using https
on a non-standard port (5004). My web service works fine connecting to their
server on the standard SSL port 443, but as soon as I specify port 5004. I
get the error that the base connection is not open.
