      we have confgiured our webservice maganger product as a windows service .But we have a problem in registring a webservice. It is giving error as
                   "WSDLException: faultCode=CONFIGURATION_ERROR: Unsupported Java encoding for writing wsdl file: 'Cp1252'".
            I am using windows 2000 os and j2sdk1.4.2 java. I think jvm works on encoding windows-1252
and windows 2000 on UTF-8.
          I have tried different ways .I want any solution ,if you have ,or how to go forward to solve this problem.
  If not can you tell me how can i change the encoding of wsdl document from UTF-8 to windows-1252 using apache axis
