cannot use soapOutputFilter to filter SOAP requests

Hi
I'm developing a project where i encrypt the SOAP responses going out of a web service using a custom SoapOutputFilter on the server side and decrypting it using a custom SoapInputFilter on the client side but the problem is that when it comes to requests i couldn't use an output filter to filter the rquests going out of a client it doesn't seem to work.
does anyone have an idea about this ?
