WSE 3.0 - WSE2013 Error VS2005

I have found only one other person on the web thus far that is having this
same problem...

issue appears to be unresolved thus far...

basics are xp pro latest patches etc., vs2005 latest patches etc., wse 3.0...
local "IIS" web server not cassini web server

have following the HOL's line by line and the quick start samples Verbatim
as well with no luck...

I get this error when trying to "SetPolicy" either in code or using a policy
file...
WSE2013: X509TokenProvider is unable to provide an X.509 token. There are no
certificates in the certificate store that match the find value of
'CN=WSE2QuickStartClient'. "} System.Exception {System.ArgumentException}

with the following client policy:

Don't know if it makes a difference or not, but it seems strange that all
the .net samples and HOL's were in asp.net 1.1 (vs2003) and not vs2005 the
targeted dev environment for wse 3.0...

I am using vs2005...
