WSE 2.0 w/ WS-Security 1.0 (AKA Mutual Certificate Authentication 1.0)

Can someone please point me to some sample code which actually implements
the Mutual X509 Certificate Authentication . I am being forced to down
grade from WSE 3.0 to WSE 2.0 and can't seem to get the policy configuration
working. I have look at the QuickStart samples but those appear worthless
for implementing WS-Security 1.0 functionality. I'm mainly looking for
Policy Config but code would be good for comparison also.
