That's ok. I've implemented my own solution, working with RSA Signatures and
keys, and all seems working well. I've also introduced a GZIP compression on
all SOAP Data, and this also seems working very well (about 1:10 compression
traffic rate).

For the further comments you provided, I got that you've made the decision
on overall design and implementation of your webservice. I think it doable
and all the required components is available according to the current CF
2.0 though there is some add-on featuers which need some 3rd party ones.
So far I haven't any specific suggestion. If you meet any further problems
when during the development or if there is any other information we can
provide, please feel free to let me know.
