I believe WSE 2.0 SP3 uses the .NET FW 1.1 and therefore will only work with
VS 2003. Both solns can, however, co-exist on the same machine with both FWs
installed

How do I use VS.NET 2005 to do development with WSE2 SP3? When I rightclick
on my project, I only have the option for WSE Settings 3.0 (I am alsorunning
WSE3 also on this machine).and
My requirement is to take an existing WSE3 client and convert in to run
using WSE2 SP3. Can I do this by simply installing the WSE2 SP3 runtime
changing some settings or do I need to start a new project?
