I personally prefer to use the Certificate Services with Windows Server 2003
to issue out a certificate for IIS for SSL-Enabling.
You may not have a verification to a trusted CA such as Verisign or
Checkpoint. This is OK if you are using it in a trusted environment with
trusted parties and partners. Other partners, may not trust you with this
cert if you dont have a common trusted root CA.
